1. The service
Callmory is a private client-memory and promise-tracking application for iPhone and the web, operated by the Callmory team ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is part of them.
2. Your account and your data
You need an account to sync your data. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. Everything you store — people, notes, promises, recordings — remains yours. We claim no ownership and no license beyond what is technically required to store and display it back to you. You can export or permanently delete it at any time, free.
3. Acceptable use
- Record conversations only with the consent required by the laws that apply to you. Callmory never records calls by itself; audio you import is your responsibility.
- Store other people's data lawfully (e.g. under GDPR/KVKK you are the controller of the contact data you keep).
- No abuse: don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harass others.
4. Subscriptions
The free plan is free indefinitely. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store (and, when available, web checkout); prices are shown before purchase. App Store purchases are managed and refunded under Apple's terms. Cancelling keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period; your data and free-plan features remain afterwards.
5. Service changes and availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. The app is offline-first: your data stays usable on your device even when the service is not reachable. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 90 days' notice and keep export available throughout.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time ("Delete all data") — that is a real, permanent deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
