Turn on Caller ID
Callmory labels calls using only your own contacts. On iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification → enable Callmory. Then in the app: More → "Refresh Caller ID". Only numbers saved with a country code (e.g. +44…) can be labeled — that's an iOS rule.
Meeting prep briefings
More → "Calendar connection". It's read-only and off by default; events never leave your device. Today then shows upcoming meetings with a one-tap briefing for every attendee it matches to your people.
Voice notes & transcripts
Record a voice note after a conversation and it's transcribed on your device. You can also share an audio file (e.g. a consented call recording) to Callmory from the share sheet — it lands in Capture with a transcript, ready for your review.
Export or delete everything
More → Export gives you VCF and a full JSON backup, free, anytime. Deleting a person moves them to Trash first; "Delete forever" and "Delete all data" are real, permanent deletions — voice files included.
Sign-in trouble
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen for an email reset link. Google and Apple sign-in use your existing account — no new password. Still stuck? Email us from the address you signed up with.
Billing
Pro is not on sale yet. If it launches, subscriptions bought on iPhone are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For anything unclear, email us and we'll sort it out.
